Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@sukrew.com stating your name, order number and the reason for your exchange. If your return is accepted, return the items to SUKREW Ltd, 21 Waremead Road, Gants Hill, Ilford, IG2 6TF, UK. Include a note of your order number and the reason you are returning the item. We do not cover return postage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@sukrew.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept worn underwear or swimwear returns. If there is a fault with worn underwear or swimwear, we will require pictures of the underwear and fault as well as your order number via email at support@sukrew.com
Exchanges
The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will refund you on your original payment method and you can make a separate purchase for the new item. On occasion we may send an exchange without processing a refund and new purchase, depending on the circumstances.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. For discretionary returns, we will refund the cost of the items but not the postage. In certain cases, such as refunds for faulty items, the postage cost may be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
