Shipping policy
We ship worldwide and offer free 2nd Class delivery to the UK. We reserve the right to not deliver orders if we feel the address is insecure or we have any issue with the delivery address without explanation. If this affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If we deem not to deliver to you, you will receive a full refund of both your goods and any delivery charges in line with our refunds policy.
Deliveries are sent via Royal Mail and FedEx. All efforts will be made to ensure your goods are sent out to you timely and in good condition. We aim to send orders placed on a weekday before 10am out the same day, and orders placed after 10am and during weekend the following working day.
We keep record of all dispatches. If you have any queries or problems with your delivery, please contact our customer services with your order number at support@sukrew.com and we will endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as possible. Please be aware you can select the shipping you require at checkout.
You have the option to have your goods delivered to an alternative address other than your billing address during the ordering process for your convenience.
UK Shipping
We offer free 2nd Class postage and packaging within the UK on orders over £20, otherwise it costs £1.90. With this service, Royal Mail aims to deliver within three working days, in accordance with Royal Mail stipulations.
We also offer 1st Class postage and packaging within the UK on any order for £3.00. With this service, Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day, in accordance with Royal Mail stipulations.
International Shipping, Customs and Import charges
Outside the UK, we offer International Standard delivery with Royal Mail which is untracked. We also offer an expedited, tracked International Priority service with FedEx.
For Royal Mail International Standard shipping, the exact price of postage & packaging depends on destination and the number of pieces ordered. For FedEx International Priority, the price is fixed for each destination, regardless of the number of pieces shipped. You will be able to see the postage cost before placing your order.
If your country is not amongst the available shipping destinations, please contact customer services at support@sukrew.com as we may be able to add it to the list.
Tax is included on EU orders up to 150 Euros. All other international orders will not include tax.
For EU orders, Duty is not usually applicable on orders under 150 Euros but will be applicable on orders over 150 Euros. Duty and associated fees are charged by the destination country, and we have no control over these.
Customers outside the UK are advised to seek further information on their country’s import procedures and charges before placing an order. Please note we are not liable to pay any customs and import charges you may receive after dispatch.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR USA CUSTOMERS
It is with regret, that we are suspending all sales to the USA. This is due to an Executive order on the 30th of July, the United States Government announced a new Executive Order which outlined further changes to customs obligations and processes for goods being imported into the USA.
These changes affect all customers and carriers who export goods to the USA and are currently expected to come into effect on the 29th of August 2025.
Key points of the US Executive Order

from the 29th of August 2025 any order will be subject to tariffs (duties) which are payable to US customs.

For goods shipped via the international postal system, the executive order indicates customs duties will be calculated using the value of the item and the prevailing country-based tariff for the item’s country of origin (origin of manufacture, not origin of shipment).

The customs duties on items will need to be paid to US Customs before those items enter the USA. US authorities will not accept items without duties paid on them.
Although all our products are sent out from our office in East London UK, our products are manufactured in India and China and so will be subject to high tariffs entering the US.
To continue sending goods to the US we have to find a way to calculate all duties payable, and charge them to the customer at point of purchase, in order to pay the customs to the US before it arrives in the States.
As shipments to the US can often take around two weeks to arrive from the UK, we are suspending all US sales via Royal Mail with immediate effect to avoid issues, we will continue to have FedEx available as a shipping method until Tuesday 19th August 10:00am (GMT).
We will update you again when we have a system in place to keep us compliant, but unfortunately even then it will mean significantly higher cost prices for our US customers.
We really value all our loyal American customers, some who have been with us for years. America is one of our largest markets and I hope this can be resolved soon so we can get back to supplying you as normal.
